RAXA Security Solutions Limited, a subsidiary of GMR Airports Infrastructure Limited (GIL), has unveiled its Drone Pilot Training Courses through its RAXA Academy. The courses aim to prepare individuals for the growing drone technology sector. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) granted the academy the license to run the courses on 6 December 2022.
The courses, which consist of a five-day Drone Pilot Training Course and a ten-day Drone Industrial Training course, started with the first batch of trainees on 23 January 2023. The courses will provide simulator and offline teachings in drone flying operations and industrial-level training in drone operations, assembly, and other related skills.
