Airbus Helicopters is celebrating 35 years of partnership with Pawan Hans Limited (PHL). In 1987, the first AS365N/N3 Dauphin was added to the fleet of the national helicopter operator. Offshore oil and gas activities, public transit under the Regional Connectivity Scheme (RCS) of the Government of India, and other public works projects have made it the biggest civil client for Airbus Dauphin helicopters in the world. They are also planning to send the Dauphin on missions to aid those in need and respond to emergencies.
