The first company will operate under a partnership of 50.01% Indra and 49.99% EDGE, focusing on the development, design, integration, sales, and maintenance of advanced radar systems. Meanwhile, the second entity constituted with greater local ownership at 50.01% EDGE and 49.99% Indra, will specialize in the manufacturing of these radar systems. This strategic division not only streamlines operations but also facilitates the transfer of knowledge and skills to Emirati professionals, contributing to the UAE’s goal of developing local talent in high-tech industries.
