However, the scheme also presents unique challenges, including maintaining the quality of intake, minimizing mid-service attrition, and addressing the critical issue of mental health to prevent cases of suicide and burnout.

For those unable to complete the program, exit counselling ensures a dignified transition to civilian life, providing guidance for a constructive future. Together, these measures prepare Agniveers to excel in the demanding environment of military service while prioritizing their well-being.
