In 2023, she was promoted to Director of Supply Chain, and soon after, she assumed the role of Interim Vice President in May 2024. In her interim tenure, Ferrari achieved impressive results, including the successful onboarding of suppliers for the ambitious D328eco® program, a game-changer in sustainable regional aviation. Her efforts led to significant cost reductions, enhanced supplier performance, and ensured compliance with strict industry standards. Originally from Brazil, Ferrari holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering and Materials from the University of São Carlos and a Master’s in Production Engineering. Her journey began at the acclaimed aerospace company Embraer in 1999, where she laid the foundation for a stellar career as a Process Development Engineer. Over the years, she transitioned into numerous leadership roles within Embraer’s Supply Chain and Services division, contributing to groundbreaking programs such as the Phenom, Praetor, and iconic E-Jets E2. Serving as Vice President of Supply Chain at Embraer until 2020, followed by Managing Director of the Embraer Landing Gear Division, Ferrari has built a career defined by innovation, efficiency, and transformation.
