The official launch of LIMA 2025 has been announced and is set to take place from May 20th to the 24th, 2025. Global Exhibitions and Conferences Sdn Bhd (GEC) and the Malaysian Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) have joined forces to host this esteemed event. The presence of YB Tuan Adly bin Zahari, the country’s Deputy Defence Minister, at the opening ceremony, highlights the government’s unwavering backing and dedication to the event’s triumph.

“Innovate Today, Thrive Tomorrow” is the theme for LIMA 2025, which embodies the spirit of resilience and advancement as we navigate an ever-evolving global landscape. As it approaches its seventeenth iteration, LIMA has already attracted considerable attention from prominent figures in the industry worldwide, underscoring its status as a preeminent occasion that is avidly awaited by both domestic and international participants.

GEC is collaborating with Arabian World Events, QUBE Integrated Malaysia Sdn Bhd, SHP Media Sdn Bhd, Curio Pack Sdn Bhd, Malaysian Aerospace Industry Association (MAIA), and Malaysian Industry-Government Group for High Technology (MiGHT) to ensure the seamless and successful execution of the undertaking. At this time, dialogues are being conducted with additional prospective strategic allies whose knowledge and assistance will without a doubt enhance the triumph and significance of the current exhibition.

GEC has implemented supplementary sections alongside its established exhibitions with the intention of stimulating increased involvement from small and medium enterprises (SMEs), with a specific focus on the aerospace and maritime industries, both domestically and internationally.
